Return and Refund Policy

Timeframe: Products can be returned within 15 days from the original date of purchase for a full refund.
Condition of the Item:
1. The returned item must be in its original, unaltered condition.
2. Products that have been modified, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or receipt is required for all returns.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Special Orders: Custom-made items such as kitchen countertops and stairs.
Kitchen Cabinets and Vanities: Customers must inspect these items for damage or defects before leaving the store. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned or refunded.
Sale or Final Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or marked as "final sale" are non-refundable.
